A strong core will help you avoid injury and will allow your muscles to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and stability in class as well as in daily activities! Pole Fitness can also be beneficial later on in life if you decide to have a child. It develops exceptionally strong back and abdominal muscles, which helps minimize back pain during pregnancy and actually helps you have a smoother and less painful childbirth!

*Each class is 60 minutes long and we recommend that you wear shorts and a vest or t-shirt. Please do not moisturise for at least 4 hours before the class.
