Deserves 6 stars! The most amazing pole class. I joined as a fun one time class and ended up staying and learning until today - and by that I mean I went from barely holding myself up on the pole for 2 seconds, and getting dizzy with a spin to climbing the pole and inverting! The class is so fun, energetic and challenging (in a totally achievable way)! The teacher is so sweet and really makes it feel like a group effort where everyone is welcome, everyone helps each other and everyone has fun. You will really feel comfortable, no matter if you are a beginner or already had some pole spins before, you will completely fall in love with pole sport and this class, this class is not only good for your fitness, but mental health as well. Give it a try and come join us in class!
